The rooms were on point as per images shown - clean, well maintained and spacious with additional area for working good lighting. The space segregation is perfect. Breakfast is great with many selections of food and location is strategic to few tourist attractions.

Breakfast at the hotel was great with a lot of variety. Couches and the bed were very comfortable. Location is amazing and close to multiple hypermarkets, shopping areas, and the Dammam Corniche. Reception staff were very respectful and supportive. Would recommend for someone looking for a relaxing stay.

Everything at the hotel was excellent. Room was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and staff were great and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay.

Great location, great customer service, nice breakfast, pool was good as well. Lovely comfortable studio room - only the space was an issue. Sofa bed was awesome! kitchen was also fabulous, fully equipped and functional.

the customer relation member work in Morning front desk ref 9 is professional and very welcoming and supportive she always with a smile and she is very helpful with quick professional service. The Place is well-equipped and very clean, very organized that gives the great excellence of stay with happiness. thank you all, I personally will visit and stay again at Residence Inn more times and I strongly suggested for all to live with and enjoy the stay there.

First and foremost, the personnel. They are all client-centered. They have provided me and my father with an excellent service. They are all devoted to their jobs and all attentive. Overall, exceptional customer service. This hotel is the definition of the word ”PERFECT”. There are malls, shopping centers, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The restaurant hotel offers mouth watering cuisine. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything you need or want is all there.

Excellent location with huge free parking. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room contained everything you may need. And the breakfast was overall very good , though there were few points of improvement like the juice was not fresh , and may be adding more variety of cheese would improve the quality of food , but we enjoyed it anyway.

I absolutely loved it, it had a sofa bed and an actual bed, it has a very good Internet connection, and the food (other than the breakfast buffet) was amazing, I ordered the fish and chips and pizza it was absolutely delicious and the portion was bigger than the price. The TV was big although not a smart tv but it had youtube. The bathroom was big and spacious, and the parking was good, we found a parking space beside the entrance other than the underground parking area.

Front office staff are helpful and welcoming. Breakfast spread is good with varied choices. Staff in the restaurant are friendly and willing to serve, catering to specific requests as well. Location is excellent as very close to the city center and lot of eating joints. Have been staying here since its opening and never had a reason to complain.
